(June 2025 - June 2026) </p><p><br /></p><p><b>FUNCTION: </b>Product Supply </p><p><b>LOCATION: </b> India </p><p><b>JOB TYPE: </b> Permanent </p><p><b>JOB GRADE </b>: 6 </p><p><br /></p><p><b>GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Executes supply plans through effective management of production, materials, suppliers, and tollers. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Ensures successful execution of supply plans through effective management of production schedules, material availability, suppliers, tollers, and logistics activities. </li><li>Develops and manages production schedules for assigned manufacturing sites and tollers, balancing capacity, material availability, service requirements, and supply priorities. </li><li>Executes MRP planning cycles and maintains planning parameters to ensure timely replenishment of active ingredients, raw materials, co-formulants, packaging, and other production inputs. </li><li>Coordinates closely with suppliers, procurement teams, and logistics partners to secure material availability and resolve supply constraints. </li><li>Monitors production execution and proactively manages risks relating to capacity constraints, supplier delays, material shortages, inventory imbalances, and operational disruptions. </li><li>Maintains visibility of inventory across suppliers, tollers, and distribution locations, driving actions to mitigate shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence risks. </li><li>Manages purchase orders, material call-offs, production confirmations, and inventory movements, ensuring accurate execution within ERP and planning systems. </li><li>Collaborates with Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to resolve issues and support business objectives. </li><li>Drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, operational efficiency, service performance, and inventory optimisation. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? </b> </p><p><b>Main requirements: </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, supply planning, or manufacturing operations </li><li>Strong knowledge of MRP, production scheduling, material replenishment, inventory management, and supply chain execution. </li><li>Experience working with toll manufacturers, contract manufacturers, or complex manufacturing networks. </li><li>Proficiency in ERP and planning systems, including inventory, procurement, and production management processes. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage operational risks and competing priorities. </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working effectively across internal functions and external partners. </li><li>Ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service. </li><li>Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese required; APICS/CPIM certification or equivalent supply chain qualification preferred. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Envu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.
