Oxbow Talent is partnering with an ambitious AI-first software business to appoint its first dedicated Product Manager. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a sophisticated agentic AI platform, working directly with the founding team to shape product strategy, technical direction and delivery.
The company combines the pace and ownership of an early-stage startup with the financial backing and enterprise reach of an established global software organisation.
The OpportunityTake full ownership of product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for an enterprise AI platform.Work directly with the founders to take the product through its next stage of development.Collaborate closely with AI engineers building production-grade LLM and agentic systems.Translate complex customer requirements into clear product decisions and deliverables.Shape how AI products are developed, evaluated, launched and continuously improved.Establish the product management function from the ground up.
What We're Looking For5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within AI-native or B2B SaaS businesses.Proven experience owning and shipping AI/LLM-powered products into production.Strong technical understanding of modern AI systems including agents, evaluations, model behaviour and latency.Experience working directly with engineering teams to manage technical trade-offs and delivery.Previous experience within an early-stage startup, founding team or high-ownership product environment.Comfortable prototyping with modern AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.Able to work onsite in New York City five days per week.
