HCL Tech Hiring for General Accounting - Executive Function/Domain General Accounting / Record to Report / Revenue Accounting Role Location Noida Experience 3-4 years Job Profile Revenue Recognition & Compliance: Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with GAAP and ASC 606. Review contracts and agreements to determine appropriate revenue treatment. Project Accounting: Track and monitor project-related costs and revenues. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate billing and revenue forecasting. Maintain project accounting records and ensure alignment with financial reporting. Support budgeting and variance analysis for ongoing projects. Month-End Close Activities: Prepare and post revenue-related journal entries. Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis. Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze revenue and project reports for management. Track revenue trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions. Audit & Documentation: Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations. Maintain accurate records of revenue transactions and adjustments. Skills required Knowledge of Record to Report cycle Strong accounting knowledge Good written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud and PowerBI is mandatory Education Requirement B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter
