Runway is seeking a Senior/Staff HR Business Partner to work with leaders and teams on growth, organization, and performance. You will advise managers on people decisions, lead org design and talent programs, and help teams move faster by turning observations into HR priorities.

You will design and roll out programs, partner with Compensation and Talent Acquisition on offers, promotions, and market adjustments, and use data to spot risks and drive action across the business.
