Senior .NET Developer

Senior .NET Developer | HealthcareWe are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on development experience and a background working with healthcare systems and data. This person will work across the full development lifecycle, with a particular focus on applications involving claims, member, and provider data. The ideal candidate has deep experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, and SSIS, along with the ability to lead technically, mentor other developers, and collaborate effectively within a Scrum environment.

What You'll Be DoingDesign, develop, and maintain complex web applications and software solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and related Microsoft technologiesWork with healthcare data and systems, including claims processing, member/provider data, and EDI 837 submissionsDevelop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database processesBuild and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integrationCollaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsLead and mentor developers while promoting strong coding standards and development best practicesParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and support the team throughout the development lifecycleIdentify opportunities to improve application performance, development processes, and overall technical qualityEnsure solutions meet appropriate quality, security, and industry standardsProvide technical guidance and support to junior developers

Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred7+ years of relevant professional software development experience
