Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager from the Freight Forwarding industry to drive business development and revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities across Ocean Freight (LCL/FCL), Air Freight, Customs Clearance, First & Last Mile Logistics, and Project Cargo services.

The ideal candidate should have strong client relationships, market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and procure new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding services.
• Promote and sell:
• Ocean Freight – LCL & FCL
• Air Freight
• Customs Clearance
• First & Last Mile Logistics
• Project Cargo Services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, agents, and logistics partners.
• Liaise with vendors to procure competitive rates and service solutions, along with support from the internal pricing team.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of shipments as per customer commitments.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment handling.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets, profitability, and business growth.
• Ensure timely collections from clients as per agreed credit terms and company policy.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
• Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
• Good network with import/export clients and logistics vendors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Strong coordination and commercial understanding.
