Research Operations/EX Research

The EX Research Admin is responsible for enabling the smooth delivery of employee listening and research operations. This role will lead the operational administration and vendor coordination of Glint, ensuring high-quality survey delivery across brands and acting as the main point of contact for survey setup, platform support, and issue resolution. In addition, this role will help evolve how the survey landscape operates by identifying and implementing smarter, more scalable ways of working, with a strong focus on AI-enabled improvements, operational excellence, and knowledge management. To succeed, this person will work closely with People Analytics, Employee Listening, Internal Communications, Legal, Procurement, and stakeholders to deliver efficient operations and high-quality research
