Mgr Nurse-Cardiac Cath Lab

Overview Responsible for coordinating the daily clinical operations of the Cardiac Cath and E.P. Labs, and the Cardiac Nursing unit by ensuring and monitoring appropriate staffing levels, inventory management, financial indicators, and customer service standards. Responsible for developing and managing departmental policies, budget preparation and performance, clinical coverage schedules, customer service initiatives and quality/safety projects specific to the Cath and E.P. Labs and the Cardiac Nursing Unit. The cath lab coordinator will provide appropriate clinical patient care for a cardiovascular patient population which includes adult and pediatric patients, as needed.
