Title REACH Registered Nurse (RN)-PRN Description The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN ) to join our REACH Team. The successful candidates will perform difficult skilled human support and administrative work administering daily medications, providing daily medical assessments, ordering medications, managing medication administration records, transcribing doctors orders, drawing blood, documenting activities, attending clinical staffing and training meetings, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Developmental Services Residential Manager with additional medical oversight provided by the REACH Nurse Supervisor.
