Retail Trainer

<p> <b> Primary: </b> </p> <p> 1. Responsible to provide domain training to candidates as per model curriculum of training program. </p> <p> 2. Contribute in creation of training modules for best delivery of training. </p> <p> 3. Explain complex technical manuals using simple language to candidates. </p> <p> 4. Use innovative training methodology including use of ICT technology to provide quality IT training to the candidates. </p> <p> 5.Be able to provide both theoretical and practical domain knowledge to participants of training program. </p> <p> 6.Conduct of assessment and evaluation of candidates as per SOP guidelines. </p> <p> <b> Secondary </b> </p> <p> 7. Contribute in the management and execution for the projects – Mobilization to Placement. </p> <p> 8. Any other training related task as assigned by Senior Management. </p> <p> <b> Qualification </b> </p> <p> ü Graduate with minimum 2 year experience in Retail Store Operations or Sales or Training </p> <p> ü Interpersonal Skills </p> <p> ü Ability to disseminate knowledge </p> <p> ü Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned<br /> with audience profile </p> <p> ü TOT certified in Retail Sales Associate (RAS/Q0104) QP </p> <p> <b> Skills Required </b> </p> <p> ü Basic Knowledge about computer i.e. MS office and Internet </p> <p> ü Excellent Domain knowledge. Both theory and practical. </p> <p> ü Good Presentation Skills, Training Delivery Skill </p> <p> ü Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy level </p> <p> ü Self-motivated; ability to organize, analyse and meet operational deadlines </p>
