.Key Responsibilitie

• sPerform accurate data entry and back-office operations
• .Manage and update databases using Microsoft Excel
• .Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• .Process, verify, and organize business documents
• .Coordinate with the Canadian team and follow international work processes
• .Meet daily productivity and quality standards

.Eligibility Criteri

• aGraduate in any discipline
• .Minimum 3 years of experienc e in Data Entry or Back Office Operations
• .Strong proficiency in Microsoft Exce l
• .Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• .Typing speed of 35 WPM or abov e
• .High attention to detail and accuracy
• .Comfortable working with Canadian business processes and evening/night shifts
