Airbus is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to join our North America HRIS team. You will act as a strategic product owner for Workday HCM modules and lead complex HRIS projects across North America, aligning with global digital standards.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, CoEs, and leaders to translate business needs into automated enterprise solutions, oversee releases, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. This role reports to the Director HRIS for North America.
