Location: North Charleston, SC (100% Onsite) Duration: 3 Months Contract (Possible Extension) Pay Rate: $62 / hr Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts About the Role We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer 3 to join a high-impact team optimizing manufacturing, workflow, and asset utilization for large-scale operations. If you thrive in process improvement, data analysis, and Lean methodology, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Optimize production system design, workflow, facility layouts, and supply chain logistics. Build mathematical/simulation models and datasets to deliver actionable metrics to leadership. Drive Lean+ initiatives, 5S events, and continuous improvement projects to boost first-time quality. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk using standard project management tools (WBS, resource allocation). Basic Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Math, Physics, or related STEM field.
