The team is growth-oriented and focused on innovation in education and career development. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer & Video Editor role based in Bengaluru. The role involves creating visually compelling graphics and video content for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with CrackTheCampus brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts, logos, and visual assets, editing and producing short- and long-form video content, and optimizing designs for various platforms and formats. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate concepts into engaging visual stories, maintain consistent branding across channels, and deliver projects within timelines. The role also includes participating in brainstorming sessions, presenting design ideas, and iterating based on feedback and performance data. Qualifications Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create polished visual assets for digital and print. Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity. Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, legibility, and design aesthetics. Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). Solid portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work relevant to digital and social media platforms. Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, education-focused environment. Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
