Key Responsibilitie

s Design and build high-quality digital, virtual and face-to-face learning experiences from raw materials (PPTs, videos, documents, SME input )Engineer learning journeys that are engaging, modular and scalable within 360 Learning and Success Factor s Apply instructional design, learning science and UX principles to optimise learner experienc e Create reusable templates, patterns and assets to accelerate content development across academie s Partner with SMEs and academy leads to shape learning journeys and assets, working mostly independently in line with agreed requirement s Rapidly prototype, test and iterate learning assets based on learner feedback and usage dat a Ensure consistency of learning standards, tone and quality across enterprise and business academie s Collaborate closely with the learning technologist on platform functionality and optimisatio

Essential experience and skil

ls Strong instructional design and learning experience design backgrou nd Hands-on experience creating digital learning content and journeys at sca le Solid understanding of adult learning theory and digital pedago gy Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders with short timelines for completi on Comfort working directly with imperfect or unstructured source materi al Experience designing for social, cohort-based or collaborative learning models (desirabl e)Strong visual, written and interaction design sensibili ty Ability to work fast without sacrificing quali ty Practical experience with learning platforms or authoring tools (360 Learning experience a strong advantag e)
