We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Orthopedic Technician & Marketing Executive to join our growing Orthopedic Division.

Location: Kolkata & Greater Kolkata

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assisting orthopedic surgeries while also being capable of developing strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons and hospitals through regular marketing activities. Key Responsibilities

Provide intra-operative technical support for Trauma, Joint Replacement, and CMF (Cranio-Maxillofacial) surgeries. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of orthopedic implants and surgical instrumentation. Assist surgeons and OT staff during procedures while maintaining high professional standards. Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics to promote the company's orthopedic implant portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. Conduct product presentations, case support, and follow-up visits. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely product availability and customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned sales and business development targets. Eligibility Experience in Trauma, Joint Replacement, and CMF cases is mandatory. Prior experience in orthopedic implants, medical devices, or surgical support preferred. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong product knowledge of orthopedic implants and surgical procedures. Willingness to travel across Kolkata & Greater Kolkata. Ability to work in OT environments and independently manage doctor relationships. Preferred Qualifications Personal motorcycle with a valid driving licence. Fluency in Hindi and Bengali.
