Job Description: Licensed Physical Therapist (Per Diem/Part-time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Locations with hours:

• Pottstown
• Gibertsville
• Perkasie
• Quakertown

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
