Employment: Full-time, in-person

Compensation: ₹45,000–₹55,000 per month, based on portfolio and experience

Travel: Regular travel required

About Spruce Up Industries

Spruce Up builds industrial cleaning machinery for Indian roads, including the Jatayu Super and Stratus 330.

We are launching Spruce Up Studio , an in-house production capability equipped to create high-quality product films, training videos, service content, corporate films and internal learning material.

Our goal is to produce multiple videos every month with excellent production value, clear technical storytelling and a consistent visual identity.

The Role

We are looking for a Video Producer & Videographer who can take a video from an initial idea through planning, filming and delivery.

You will lead shoot preparation and camera execution while working closely with our marketing team and in-house editor. You must also be a capable editor and should expect to edit selected projects and support post-production between shoots.

What You’ll Do Brainstorm video concepts with the marketing, product and service teams Develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists, shoot schedules and production plans Plan locations, travel, machinery movement, equipment and shoot logistics Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment Film product, service, training, corporate and internal videos Direct engineers, operators, founders and other non-actor presenters Travel to customer sites, outdoor locations and operational machine demonstrations Edit selected long-form videos, reels, interviews and product content Work with the editor to ensure every shoot captures sufficient, usable footage Help establish and maintain Spruce Up Studio’s equipment and production systems

Must-Haves 3–5 years of professional videography or video-production experience (Gimbal, macro or moving-vehicle filming experience) A strong portfolio demonstrating camera work and visual storytelling Experience filming industrial, automotive, manufacturing or technical subjects Experience planning and executing shoots from concept to completion Proven track record of high-engagement videos/reels Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting, composition and location audio Proficiency in Premiere Pro or Da Vinci Resolve Ability to edit professional long-form and short-form content Comfort filming machinery, factories and outdoor operations Willingness to travel regularly for shoots Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills

Great to Have Drone-operation experience or DGCA certification Experience directing engineers, founders or non-professional presenters Hindi or Marathi communication skills Experience establishing or operating an internal production studio
