About the Role
The Junior Product Manager supports the development and deployment of AI-first learning products within the education ecosystem.
You will work closely with engineering, design, content, academic, and operations teams to build products that improve learning outcomes and student experience at scale. The role requires balancing innovation with student needs, business goals, and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Education, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Psychology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines. 0–2 years of experience in product management, education technology, healthcare, academic operations, consulting, business operations, or related fields. Understanding of the education landscape, including competitive exams. Familiarity with digital learning platforms, online assessments, learner analytics, or AI-enabled products is preferred. Ability to understand user needs and translate them into clear product requirements. Ability to write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to make decisions and track product performance. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, educators, content teams, and technical teams. Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Scope of Work
Conduct interviews with students, educators, mentors, and internal teams to understand user needs and workflows. Translate user, business, and operational requirements into structured product specifications. Support roadmap planning, sprint coordination, and release management. Work closely with academic and content teams to ensure product features align with learning goals. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback collection. Monitor key product metrics such as learner engagement, retention, completion rates, and user satisfaction. Maintain structured documentation for product decisions, feature releases, experiments, and internal processes. Gather, prioritize, and synthesize feedback from users and internal stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement. Collaborate with AI, engineering, and data teams to improve personalization and learning experiences. Prior exposure to AI products, healthcare, education, assessment platforms, or consumer internet products will be an added advantage.Details
