Work closely with sales agents and team leads to ensure a smooth lead flowUnderstand lead quality metrics and apply best practices for soft closesAdhere to strict compliance protocols during live transfersMaintain a consistent and professional approach

Requirements:

1–3 years of proven outbound sales experienceStrong communication and persuasive skillsExcellent English communication skills (both listening and speaking)Punctual, disciplined, and results-orientedProactive mindset toward performance-based earnings
