Position Details:

Full-Time Day Shift

:

Monday-Friday 7am – 3:30pm

Paid On-Call

: You’ll be compensated for every 5th week & 1 holiday per year for being on-call, even if you’re not called in

Graphics (Echocardiology) Performs tests and procedures at various locations throughout the hospital, maintains accurate patient logs in EPIC, updates daily charges in the computer, utilizes cardiac lab menus in the computer, maintains cardiac lab patient files Fantastic learning opportunities to gain experience and learn cutting edge echo guided procedures

Location is near: Alton, IL / Godfrey, IL/ Edwardsville, IL / Collinsville, IL / Granite City, IL/ Bridgeton, MO / Saint Ann, MO / Roxana, IL / Wood River, IL / Spanish Lake, MO / Bethalto, IL / Florissant, MO / Black Jack

Requirements:

Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency

Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)

Experience:

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

The Cardiac Sonographer performs a variety of cardiac testing, including treadmill stress testing, holter monitoring, transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echo, stress echo and cardiac doppler.

Responsibilities

Performs tests and procedures at various locations.

Maintains accurate patient logs.

Updates daily charges in the computer, utilizes cardiac lab menus in the computer.

Maintains cardiac lab patient files.
