Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of production, maintenance, facilities, and regulatory compliance for the plantDevelop and manage budgets for labor, materials, overhead, and capital projectsEstablish and implement manufacturing policies and proceduresLead efforts in quality assurance, supply chain management, facility layout, equipment selection, and operational supportDrive productivity improvements while maintaining safety and quality standardsMonitor daily production requirements and report on high-priority jobs and issuesAnalyze data to identify inefficiencies, waste, or overtime and implement solutionsInvestigate product loss, inventory discrepancies, and low outputIntroduce new manufacturing technologies to improve quality and reduce costsCoordinate production scheduling with supervisors and managersRecruit, develop, and manage leadership and key manufacturing personnelEnsure successful completion of all required auditsLead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policiesPromote continuous improvement in productivity, quality, customer service, and safetyParticipate in internal auditing programsCollaborate with executive and management teams to set and achieve strategic goalsRepresent the organization xzbcwsv in community activities
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience7-10 years of senior operations management in food manufacturingKnowledge of budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocationExperience with fast-paced plant operations and high standards for qualityContinuous Improvement certification a plus
