Project Manager

Hill International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and provide owner's representative oversight for complex transportation infrastructure projects throughout Central New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the construction of major highway, bridge, and marine projects, including multi-span river crossings, design-build delivery, phased construction, and federally funded transportation initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PE license in NJ and PA (or ability to obtain reciprocity) required. PMP and/or CCM certification preferred 20+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale transportation, highway, bridge, marine, and heavy civil infrastructure pro
