Saad Ahsan Residency & Citizenship is expanding its Karachi team and looking for a driven Immigration Advisor to join our growing business.

This is an opportunity for a confident, client-focused professional who understands the value of premium advisory, relationship building, and high-impact sales.

You will work closely with prospective clients exploring global residency and citizenship opportunities, guiding them through their journey while contributing to business growth and long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, immigration consultancy, or advisory roles. Experience in Second passport & Residency is a plus point!!
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment
• Strong networking and client conversion skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) programs, providing tailored guidance based on their requirements and eligibility.
• Engage with qualified leads (provided by the company), understand their needs, and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Manage the client onboarding process and ensure a smooth and professional registration experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation throughout the client journey.
• Stay updated on CBI & RBI programs, immigration regulations, market trends, and evolving program requirements.
• Build and maintain strong professional networks to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
• Provide exceptional advisory and client support while developing strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ensure prompt and timely responses to client inquiries and follow-ups through the CRM system.
