We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Admissions team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in Student Counselling , Lead Follow-ups , and Admission Assistance . This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build trust with prospective students, and a passion for helping them make informed educational decisions.

• Contact prospective students and respond to admission enquiries.
• Counsel students regarding courses, universities, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with the Admissions and Counselling teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining high service quality.
• Provide timely updates on lead status and admission progress.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Telecalling, Student Counselling, Customer Support, or Admission Assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the Education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
