Salary: $325K - $400K, DOE
Position Summary: As a member of an interdisciplinary health care team, the Psychiatrist is responsible for providing psychiatric assessment and treatment for patients of all abilities and that are referred by the primary care team, as well as regional centers under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and per written protocols. The Psychiatrist will also provide consultation to the primary care team and psychology team as needed to provide optimal care for each patient.
Position Requirements : Valid, unrestricted CA license; BE/BC in the State of California; current DEA and CPR (BLS/PALS) certification; must be able to interact with people of various socioeconomic status and have the ability to address sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy; must be able to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers and board members; must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills in English (bilingual English/Spanish, preferred).
