Job Description
LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to support cardiac, pulmonary, and medically supervised exercise programs. In this on-site role, you will perform exercise testing, develop individualized exercise prescriptions, and closely monitor patients with chronic and complex conditions. Responsibilities include ECG and vital sign monitoring, risk stratification, patient education, and coordinated care with cardiology, nursing, and rehab teams. You will document care in the EMR, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to a compassionate, community-focused care environment with opportunities for growth.
