About Job: E Commerce Accountant
Location: Sodala, Jaipur
E-commerce Accountant
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Accountant who understands how online marketplaces work and can manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and reporting for our D2 C and quick-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate entries for sales on Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Flipkart, and website
- Reconcile order reports, settlement reports, payouts, commissions, ad spends, returns, and RTOs
- Track GST, TCS, and TDS and ensure data is audit-ready
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering sales, margins, and platform-wise profitability
- Maintain clear records for inventory movement, discounts, promotions, and marketing spends
- Coordinate with CA for GST filings, compliance, and audits
- Daily BRS
- Daily Payment using Net Banking
Requirements
Prior experience in e-commerce accounting
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
Practical understanding of marketplace settlement structures
High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
