Driver/Warehouse AssociateThe Driver/Warehouse Associate is responsible for safely transporting products to customers, vendors, and company locations while supporting daily warehouse operations. This position requires a dependable individual who can efficiently perform deliveries, receive and stock inventory, maintain an organized warehouse, and provide excellent customer service.Driving & DeliverySafely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up products, materials, and equipment.Verify delivery loads for accuracy before departure.Load and unload products using proper lifting techniques and equipment.Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery records.Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.Warehouse OperationsReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or delivery.Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.General ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and vendors.Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Previous driving, delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification).Basic computer and inventory management skills preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical RequirementsFrequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.Ability to load and unload products and materials.Ability to work in varying warehouse and outdoor conditions.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer service and communication skills.
