Role Description The Charter Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ. This position is responsible for responding to charter inquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating flight bookings from initial request through trip completion. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients and brokers, confirming availability with operations, maintaining accurate trip records in internal systems, and ensuring all details are clearly documented and shared with relevant teams. The Coordinator also follows up on leads, supports sales initiatives, and helps resolve scheduling or service issues to ensure a smooth client experience. Collaboration with operations, finance, and customer service teams is essential to meet client expectations and optimize charter utilization.QualificationsStrong client service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations professionally.Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, prioritization, and handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.Sales and coordination skills, such as preparing quotes, following up on leads, and supporting charter booking processes.Proficiency with office software and CRM or booking systems, and comfort working with data and documentation.Ability to work on-site in Mesa, AZ, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to changing schedules.Experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, or a related customer-facing industry is preferred. xzbcwsv High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
