Role & Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding JEE/NEET preparation programs and courses.
• Explain course offerings, fee structure, scholarship opportunities, and the admission process.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records and update interactions in the CRM system.
• Guide students in selecting the right academic program based on their career goals.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Conduct counselling sessions in Tamil and English . (Hindi will be an added advantage.)
• Deliver an excellent counselling experience while maintaining high conversion rates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Sales, or the Education sector.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English are required. (Hindi is an added advantage.)
• Comfortable handling calls, counselling students, and lead conversion.
• Basic understanding of the JEE/NEET examination pattern is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with a student-first approach.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
