Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects spanning web, full-stack, cloud-native, and Saa S-based platforms. You will manage end-to-end project execution, working closely with technical architects, engineers, and business stakeholders. A fair understanding of modern and enterprise technologies is essential, along with proven experience delivering Saa S solutions in agile or hybrid delivery models. Conceptual understanding of these technologies is expected; hands-on experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Own end-to-end project delivery for web, cloud-native, and Saa S-based applications from initiation to closure. Define and manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs). Develop and maintain realistic project schedules using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet. Estimate project costs (labor, infrastructure, Saa S subscriptions, third-party integrations) and manage project budgeting & forecasting. Track actual vs. planned budget, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. Proactively monitor project health using dashboards, burn-down charts, velocity tracking, and earned value management (EVM). Establish clear governance frameworks for status reporting, change control, and escalation management. Identify, assess, and maintain a live risk register — technical risks, integration risks, Saa S vendor risks, resource risks — with mitigation plans. Drive proactive issue tracking and resolution, ensuring blockers are removed before they impact timelines. Manage change requests (scope, schedule, cost) through formal change control processes. Conduct phase-gate reviews, milestone sign-offs, and Go/No-Go decisions. Facilitate lessons learned and post-implementation retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Manage customer expectations through regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and transparent communication. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted delivery partner. Ensure contractual compliance and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) where applicable. Manage trade-offs between schedule, quality, scope, and budget in collaboration with technical architects and product owners. Effective people manager who motivates and drives teams to achieve success.

Agile & Hybrid Process Management

Facilitate agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid (agile + waterfall for Saa S) ceremonies. Use tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Asana, or Salesforce DX / Oracle Developer Cloud. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes across blended teams.
