Our Offerings Include: Category III Alternative Investment Funds Portfolio Management Services Advisory Services for Domestic and Global Investors Registered Fund Management Entity in IFSC GIFT Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee accounting operations for all group companies. Lead the finalisation of accounts (IndAS & IGAAP) , preparation of financial statements, and coordination with auditors. Ensure full compliance with Income Tax , GST , TDS , MSME , and other statutory requirements. Monitor internal controls, risk management, financial policies, expense management, and supervise treasury activities and budget/ MIS activities. Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Mentor and guide the finance and accounts team. Experience: 4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in NBFC, Financial Services, AMC, or PMS / AIF setups. Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
