Experience: 3–6 Years

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can generate quality business leads, strengthen our digital presence, and contribute directly to the company's growth.

Lead Generation

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital platforms.
• Generate qualified B2B leads for corporate interiors, design & build, fit-out, and turnkey projects.
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Optimize landing pages and lead funnels to improve conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and lead quality.
• Coordinate closely with the Business Development team to ensure timely lead follow-ups.

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Identify new channels and opportunities for customer acquisition.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Social Media & Brand Building

• Manage Aldecor's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Publish engaging content including completed projects, client testimonials, company updates, reels, and industry insights.
• Build brand visibility and audience engagement.

Content & Creative Marketing

• Develop marketing content including:
• Social media creatives
• Blogs
• Email campaigns
• Newsletters
• Case studies
• Corporate presentations
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and internal teams to maintain a strong brand identity.

Website & SEO

• Manage and update the company website.
• Improve SEO rankings and website performance.
• Optimize content for search engines and lead conversion.
• Monitor website analytics and user engagement.

Campaign Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Recommend optimization strategies based on campaign insights.

Business Development Support

• Support the Business Development team with marketing collateral and proposal presentations.
• Promote completed projects, company milestones, and events across digital platforms.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business growth initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Lead Generation.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• SEO & SEM
• Google Analytics
• Social Media Marketing
• Experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, or related industries will be an added advantage.
