Job Description
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. (MHRIL), part of the Mahindra Group, is looking for a passionate and experienced Sr. Manager – Ethics to strengthen our culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.
As a key member of the HR function, you will play a pivotal role in managing ethics investigations, ensuring POSH compliance, driving ethics awareness, and supporting governance initiatives that reinforce our values-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate ethics and compliance investigations
Review investigation reports and ensure timely case closure
Maintain ethics case records and governance documentation
Prepare leadership and board-level ethics dashboards and reports
Manage POSH compliance, case tracking, and statutory filings
Facilitate ethics and POSH training programs across the organization
Drive ethics awareness and employee engagement initiatives
Support review and implementation of Ethics and POSH policies
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, HR, Employee Relations, Investigations, or Legal Support roles Strong understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworks Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail Experience in conducting investigations and preparing leadership reportsLocation: Mumbai (Worli)
