Federal HR Analyst

Providing business analysis support in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Federal HR Analyst will assist with creating human resource documentation, drafting position descriptions, and managing development priorities while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Analyze and translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams Draft and manage human capital program documents, including policy guidance and standard operating procedures Support project meetings and manage program taskings, preparing presentations and documentation as needed Required qualifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Tier 5 clearance 4+ years of experience supporting the federal government as a consultant or contractor Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into clear documentation Familiarity with drafting federal position descriptions and experience with Microsoft tools, including Excel and SharePoint
