Account Manager - CA

Lead the overall operations of the KPO covering Accounting, Taxation and Compliance services. Manage end-to-end delivery for multiple domestic and international clients. Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants, tax professionals and reviewers. Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end closing and financial reporting. Supervise tax preparation, tax compliance, GST/TDS and other statutory requirements. Establish and maintain strong SOPs, internal controls, review processes and quality standards . Monitor team productivity, utilization, SLAs, turnaround time and operational performance. Handle key client relationships, escalations, service reviews and process transitions. Ensure timely completion of accounting, tax, audit and compliance deliverables. Drive process improvement, automation and technology adoption to improve efficiency.
