Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, from requisition intake through the new hire’s first day. You will partner with hiring managers to implement market insights, guide hiring decisions, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will build sourcing strategies, manage pipelines, and track metrics to improve time-to-fill while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment guidelines.
