Role Description:
This is a part-time, on-site (home tuition) role based in Bengaluru. As a Tutor at Tutorzila, you will be responsible for delivering personalised, one-on-one science instruction at the student’s home. Your primary focus will be to help students understand key science concepts, build confidence, and improve academic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct  home tutoring sessions  for students in Grades 1st-10th at student's location.
Prepare and deliver structured, engaging lesson plans.
Tailor instruction based on each student’s learning style and academic level
Monitor and assess student progress regularly
Provide feedback and strategies for improvement
Encourage curiosity and a strong foundation in scientific thinking
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and expertise in various science subjects
Experience in tutoring and creating customised lesson plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field
Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
