Job Description : Kasib Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd is seeking an Internal Auditor to assess financial, operational, and compliance activities and help strengthen internal controls across the business. The role identifies risks, evaluates adherence to company policies and applicable regulations, and supports management in improving business processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits in line with the approved audit plan.
• Review financial records, operational procedures, and internal controls to identify risks, weaknesses, and compliance issues.
• Assess compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and relevant auditing standards.
• Prepare clear audit reports outlining findings and practical recommendations.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and monitor timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Support fraud investigations and risk assessments when required.
• Analyze business processes and recommend ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and working papers.
• Communicate audit results to management and other stakeholders, and provide relevant information to external auditors.

Job Specification

• Experience conducting internal audits, including planning and documenting audit work.
• Ability to review financial records, operational processes, and internal controls.
• Knowledge of auditing standards, risk management frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Skill in identifying control weaknesses, business risks, and compliance issues.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in assessing business processes.
• Ability to prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and corrective recommendations.
• Competence in maintaining audit working papers and following up on agreed actions.
• Clear communication and collaboration with management, stakeholders, and external auditors.
