Our well-established and expanding estate planning practice is seeking an estate planning attorney with 5-10 years of experience. Due to sustained client demand and continued growth, we are looking for an attorney who is highly responsive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a steady volume of sophisticated client work without compromising quality.

Position OverviewYou will work closely with partners and clients on a broad range of estate planning matters, including:Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related documentsAssisting with trust administration and estate settlement mattersAdvising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on wealth transfer strategiesCoordinating with the firm’s corporate and tax attorneys on integrated planning
Qualifications5+ years of estate planning experience Strong drafting skills and attention to detailAbility to manage deadlines and handle multiple matters efficientlyExcellent communication and client service skills
Preferred (but not required):Experience with WealthCounsel / WealthDocs or similar estate planning softwareExposure to advanced planning techniques (e.g., irrevocable trusts, tax planning strategies)
