Multi-POD Safety Audits & Inspections Conduct daily/weekly unannounced visits to various Instamart POD'S Audit POD racking systems for stability and safe loading to prevent "falling object" hazards. Ensure clear "Yellow Line" demarcation for walkways to separate human movement from internal trolleys/machinery. Verify that all fire exits, extinguishers, and suppression systems are functional and unobstructed. 3 Delivery Executives & Fleet Safety Oversee the safety of the delivery executives (DE) waiting areas at hubs. Conduct spot checks on DE vehicles for basic safety (tires, lights) and ensure the use of helmets and reflective vests. Implement traffic management within the POD premises to prevent collisions during peak "rush" hours.
