Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and terms. Experience Proven experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of construction management principles. Proven experience in masonry and concrete Demonstrated ability in cost control, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all estimations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to stakeholders at all levels.
