We are XIANGMIN ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY EQUIPMENT (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a construction machinery company registered in Pakistan (CUIN ), based in Taxila, Rawalpindi. We supply concrete batching plants from HZS25 to HZS120. Our machines are manufactured in China and we keep ready stock in Islamabad / Taxila, so delivery is fast for customers in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Taxila and surrounding areas of Punjab.

The Role

One sales officer, full-time, on-site at our Taxila office. You will handle local customers from the first enquiry through to site visit, quotation and closing. This is a field sales role - you will visit sites, not sit at a desk.

What You Will Do

• Respond to leads on WhatsApp, Facebook and phone in Urdu and English
• Understand the customer requirement: output per hour, site location, civil work status, power supply and budget
• Recommend the right machine (HZS25 to HZS120) based on their production need
• Prepare and send quotations in English
• Arrange and attend customer site visits in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Taxila
• Follow up daily in our shared lead register - no lead is left untouched for more than 48 hours
• Maintain the customer register: name, number, machine model discussed, next action date, status
• Report to the Sales Manager every evening

Language and Communication

Strong spoken Urdu and clear customer communication are essential for serving Pakistani customers. The candidate should be able to understand everyday Chinese and reply simply in Chinese; fluency is not required. We provide product and terminology training.

Salary and Commission

Basic Salary: PKR 45,000 per month

Conveyance and Mobile Allowance: PKR 5,000 per month

Gross Fixed: PKR 50,000 per month

Commission on paid invoice value:

• Month 1-3 (probation): 1.0%
• Month 4-6 (target PKR 1.5m): 1.5%
• Month 7-12 (target PKR 2.0m): 2.0%
• Month 13+ (target PKR 3.0m): 2.5%

Example: one HZS50 sold at PKR 3,500,000 and paid in full in Month 5 = 3,500,000 x 1.5% = PKR 52,500 commission, total month income PKR 102,500. There is no cap. Commission is settled with the following month's salary.

Commission earned is paid with the following month’s salary.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday (Friday is the main prayer day, worked as a field-visit day). Sunday is the weekly holiday.

Job Specification: Requirements

• Fluent spoken Urdu and strong customer communication skills are essential for working with Pakistani customers.
• Able to understand everyday Chinese and reply simply in Chinese; fluency is not required.
• Able to work on-site in Taxila / Rawalpindi and visit customer sites.
• Good English for business emails and quotations.
• At least 6 months of sales experience in building materials, machinery, real estate or another field-sales role is preferred. Candidates with strong communication skills but no formal sales experience may also apply.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Facebook and MS Excel.
• Professional, respectful and confident when meeting customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling machinery, construction equipment, cement or building materials.
• Basic understanding of batching plants (mixer model, output capacity, power consumption).
• Experience working with a Chinese company or Chinese-speaking manager.
