Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Physiotherapist. The Senior Physiotherapist will oversee patient assessments, create and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide rehabilitative therapies to patients with orthopedic, neurological, and vascular conditions. Responsibilities include working with advanced medical equipment, monitoring patient progress, providing post-treatment care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Senior Physiotherapist will also contribute to maintaining evidence-based practices to uphold high-quality patient care standards within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, creating personalized rehabilitation plans, and managing post-treatment care.
• Expertise in non-invasive physiotherapy techniques for conditions such as AVN, back pain, neck pain, sciatica, and joint pain management.
• Hands-on experience with advanced medical technologies such as high-power lasers, robotic spinal disc decompression systems, and micro-circulation repairing systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
• A degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent) and relevant certifications; prior experience in a similar senior role is preferred.
