In-House Legal Counsel - Fintech & Crypto

Fasset is seeking an in‑house counsel to support day‑to‑day contracting and regulatory compliance for a dynamic fintech platform. You will draft, review and negotiate NDAs, vendor and SaaS agreements, and marketing contracts while ensuring alignment with product launches and customer disclosures.

You will also assist cross‑functional teams (Compliance, Product, Operations, Finance, Sales) on legal risk, maintain key terms, and contribute to regulatory initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
