What You’ll Do:Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projectsOversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructureBe a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationshipProvide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in VA10+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development - residential and commercial5+ years in Project Management or a leadership roleProven track record in business development and client relationship managementClient relationships within Knoxville area.
