We're Hiring || Account Manager– US Healthcare Process Location: Navi Mumbai Process: US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management Working Days: 5 Days Week Off: Saturday & Sunday – Fixed Teleperformance is looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to lead US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process at our Navi Mumbai location. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage operations for the US Healthcare RCM process • Drive A/R Collections and improve overall collection performance • Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality and SLA adherence • Identify process gaps and implement effective improvement strategies • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships • Leverage data and analytics to drive business decisions and operational excellence What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Proven expertise in Accounts Receivable (A/R) Collections Strong operational and people management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong client management and communication skills Experience in driving process improvement and achieving business targets
