Education Counsellor
Experience : 1- 3 Years
Location : Thane, Mumbai
We are looking for an enthusiastic Admission / Academic Counselor to guide students toward the right IT, Cyber Security & skill-development courses and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
No technical background required – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, phone, WhatsApp & online enquiries
- Counsel students & parents on courses, fees, duration & career benefits
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions
- Regular follow-ups & enquiry management
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with academic & operations teams
Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Confidence in handling students & parents Target-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Professional, polite & positive attitude.
