Spectral Consultants is Hiring | Senior US Tax – Form 1065 for one of the Accounting and Tax Advisory Firm 1️⃣ Senior / DM – 1065 Tax |Financial Services Mumbai | Hyderabad | Bangalore Experience: 3–6 years Domain: Financial Services- (Private Equity/Hedge fund/fund of funds) What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong experience in US Federal Taxation / Partnership Taxation ✅ Hands-on experience with Form 1065 ✅ Experience reviewing/preparing partnership tax returns and supporting workpapers ✅ Strong understanding of K-1 / K-2 / K-3 ✅ Experience in the relevant domain – (Private Equity/Hedge fund/fund of funds) ✅ Exposure to US clients and/or global counterparts ✅ Experience with tax planning, research, compliance and identifying tax issues ✅ CA / CPA / Enrolled Agent would be an added advantage Domain-Specific Experience Financial Setvices - (Private Equity/Hedge fund/fund of funds)
